Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring adherence to healthcare standards and regulatory compliance.
- Manage and coordinate staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a high-performing team.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and resident care.
- Monitor budgetary allocations, expense tracking, and resource utilization to optimize financial performance.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals, families, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.
- Lead emergency response planning and crisis management to safeguard residents and staff.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate service quality and operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Nursing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in elderly care, healthcare, or nursing home settings.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and quality assurance standards.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial reporting, and operational software (e.g., ERP, HMS).
- Certification in Geriatric Care Management, Healthcare Quality, or similar is highly desirable.
- Compassionate and ethical approach with a commitment to resident-centered care.
