Responsibility

  • Lead and supervise a team of nurses, ensuring high standards of patient care and clinical excellence.
  • Oversee daily nursing operations, including staff scheduling, patient assignments, and workflow management.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols in alignment with Maxicare’s standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance, providing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, administrators, and other stakeholders to optimize patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international healthcare regulations, including infection control, safety protocols, and quality assurance.
  • Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper maintenance.
  • Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, patients, and management to address concerns and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent; Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Valid nursing license and registration in Indonesia (or eligibility for licensure).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare management software.
  • Knowledge of international healthcare standards and best practices.
