Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of nurses, ensuring high standards of patient care and clinical excellence.
- Oversee daily nursing operations, including staff scheduling, patient assignments, and workflow management.
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols in alignment with Maxicareâs standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance, providing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, administrators, and other stakeholders to optimize patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local and international healthcare regulations, including infection control, safety protocols, and quality assurance.
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper maintenance.
- Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, patients, and management to address concerns and improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent; Masterâs degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Valid nursing license and registration in Indonesia (or eligibility for licensure).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare management software.
- Knowledge of international healthcare standards and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a commitment to patient-centered care.
