As part of our dedicated team, you will work closely with the Senior Social Worker, Head of Department (Social Work), and DS-LS Programme Manager to deliver high-quality social services. Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive case management for clients, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation to ensure holistic support.
- Facilitate social work-parents meetings and family counseling sessions to address challenges and strengthen support systems.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for clients with disabilities, focusing on life skills development and independence.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, educators, and community partners, to deliver integrated services.
- Organize and lead group therapy sessions, workshops, and educational programmes to enhance clientsâ social and emotional well-being.
- Advocate for clientsâ rights and access to resources, including housing, healthcare, and financial assistance.
- Maintain accurate and confidential case documentation in compliance with organizational and legal standards.
- Participate in programme evaluation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- A Bachelorâs degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (Masterâs degree preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social work, case management, or disability support services.
- Strong knowledge of social work principles, ethics, and best practices in disability and community support.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills with the ability to engage diverse populations.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with local social services, government programmes, and community resources in Bali or Indonesia is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia); additional local languages are advantageous.
