Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments for clients, including individuals, families, and at-risk groups.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to address social, emotional, and practical challenges.
- Coordinate with local NGOs, government agencies, and healthcare providers to ensure holistic support.
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and advocacy for clients facing social or economic hardships.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting plans as needed to achieve positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate case records and prepare reports in compliance with organizational standards.
- Organize and facilitate community outreach programs and workshops on social welfare topics.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address complex social issues effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field (Masterâs preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in case management, social work, or community services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust with diverse populations.
- Familiarity with social service systems, legal frameworks, and ethical standards in Indonesia.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining attention to detail and empathy.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (Bahasa); additional local dialects are a plus.
- Experience working in multicultural or international settings is highly desirable.
