Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive bio-psycho-social assessments to evaluate clientsâ needs across functional, environmental, financial, and educational dimensions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and emotional support to clients facing trauma, mental health challenges, or social isolation.
- Advocate for clientsâ rights and access to housing, healthcare, employment, and legal resources in Baliâs social service ecosystem.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions, workshops, and community outreach programs to promote mental health awareness and social inclusion.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting interventions as needed to ensure measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with local NGOs, government agencies, and healthcare providers to improve service coordination and resource allocation.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Social Work (or equivalent) from an accredited institution; licensed or registered social worker preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in clinical, community, or medical social work, with a focus on vulnerable populations.
- Proven ability to conduct assessments, case management, and advocacy in diverse cultural contexts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is a plus).
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care, mental health interventions, and social welfare systems.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced, resource-limited environment.
