Responsibility
- Create high-quality video content (property tours, testimonials, promotional reels) for social media platforms.
- Develop and execute a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and audience engagement.
- Edit and optimize videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) with data-driven strategies.
- Monitor analytics and KPIs (engagement rates, follower growth, click-through rates) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative campaigns and promotional ideas.
- Stay updated on social media trends and implement best practices for real estate marketing.
- Assist in community management by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, or a related field.
- Proven experience in videography, video editing, or social media management (portfolio or samples required).
- Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, iMovie, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling and branding.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is a plus.
