Responsibility

  • Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential buyers, highlighting key features and investment potential.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of clients, including expatriates, investors, and local buyers.
  • Negotiate sales terms and close deals efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal regulations in Bali’s real estate sector.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, contracts, and other documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling property listings and promotional materials.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales service to foster long-term client relationships and referrals.
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and property exhibitions to expand business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, property management, or a related field (minimum 2 years preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Russian) are a plus.
  • Deep understanding of Bali’s real estate market, including zoning laws, property types, and buyer preferences.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance, excellent presentation skills, and a client-focused mindset.
  • Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one (if required by local regulations).
