Responsibility
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in real estate and hospitality.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate investment feasibility and ROI.
- Lead site acquisition efforts, including negotiations, due diligence, and deal structuring.
- Assist in divestment strategies to optimize portfolio performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, developers, and local authorities.
- Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and investment recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, real estate, or hospitality.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Proven track record in site acquisition, negotiations, or divestment processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s real estate and hospitality market is a plus.
