This is a full-time, entry-level role perfect for individuals with strong organizational and communication skills. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our broker network, ensuring smooth operations, and fostering collaboration across teams. Responsibility

  • Coordinate and manage schedules for broker meetings, client appointments, and internal team syncs.
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems for contracts, agreements, and broker documentation.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between brokers, clients, and internal departments via email, phone, and collaboration tools.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and administrative documents to support broker operations.
  • Monitor and track broker performance metrics, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Liaise with external partners, vendors, and service providers to support network expansion and client services.
  • Provide logistical support for events, training sessions, and broker onboarding activities.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency in broker network management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
  • Basic understanding of real estate terminology and processes is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate or work in Canggu, Bali (remote options may be considered for exceptional candidates).
  • Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for the property industry.
