Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals for Swimwerks Academy and related entities.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-impact content (text, images, videos) tailored to each platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Lead personal branding initiatives for key stakeholders, enhancing their digital presence and authority.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to optimize campaigns and report insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, sales) to ensure brand consistency and synergy.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends and platform algorithm updates to adapt strategies proactively.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build a loyal community around the brand.
  • Oversee paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, A/B testing, and ROI analysis.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Social Media Strategist, Content Manager, or similar role, preferably in the education, fitness, or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing content creation, campaign management, and brand growth achievements.
  • Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, CapCut) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Insights).
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a knack for crafting platform-specific messaging.
  • Deep understanding of SEO, hashtag strategies, and community management best practices.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote/hybrid environment.
