Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to boost brand awareness, foot traffic, and event hall bookings in Bali.
  • Design and execute multi-channel promotional campaigns (digital, social media, print, and experiential) tailored to local and international audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, including brochures, social media posts, and email marketing materials.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs and ROI metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize impact.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and vendors to amplify reach and engagement.
  • Organize and oversee on-site events, launches, and activations to enhance customer experience and drive conversions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth in Bali’s luxury retail and events sector.
  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources for optimal results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, promotions, or event management, preferably in retail, hospitality, or real estate.
  • Proven track record of successful campaign execution with measurable outcomes in brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM) and content creation platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills with a creative flair.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
