Responsibility
- Develop, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and others.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (ROAS, ROI, CPL, CPA, CAC) to ensure campaigns meet or exceed targets.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently, allocating spend based on performance data and business priorities.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that align with brand guidelines.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance and present insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging digital marketing tools.
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to align advertising strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns with a proven track record of achieving KPIs.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, or similar.
- Excellent understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, ROI, CPL, CPA, CAC).
- Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging ad copy and visualize data effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant platforms are a plus.
