Responsibility

  • Monitor and analyze KPIs (CTR, CPC, conversion rates, ROAS) and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure ad copy and visuals align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, budget allocation, and ROI for stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging ad formats to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage ad budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal spend distribution across channels.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align paid media strategies with broader marketing objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in paid media management, preferably in an agency or in-house role.
  • Proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns with measurable results.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
