Responsibility
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (CTR, CPC, conversion rates, ROAS) and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure ad copy and visuals align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, budget allocation, and ROI for stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging ad formats to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal spend distribution across channels.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align paid media strategies with broader marketing objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in paid media management, preferably in an agency or in-house role.
- Proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns with measurable results.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with bid management tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
