Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the firmâs branding and business goals.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, videos, infographics) for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community engagement and maintain a positive brand image.
- Collaborate with legal teams to translate complex legal concepts into accessible, shareable content for diverse audiences.
- Track and analyze KPIs (engagement rates, follower growth, click-through rates) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or Hootsuite.
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to optimize performance.
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and videographers to produce high-quality, on-brand content.
- Manage paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, ad creation, and ROI analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Specialist, preferably in a professional services or legal environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing content creation, campaign management, and audience growth.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop data-driven strategies and adapt to feedback.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite) is advantageous.
