Responsibility
- Develop and execute editorial strategies to enhance Kaplan’s brand positioning across digital and print channels.
- Create, edit, and optimize SEO-friendly content, including articles, press releases, social media posts, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and academic teams to ensure consistent messaging and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage media relations, including pitching stories, coordinating interviews, and building relationships with journalists.
- Monitor brand reputation and industry trends, providing insights to refine communications strategies.
- Oversee content calendars and ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials for campaigns and events.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to cross-departmental projects to drive engagement and enrollment.
- Analyze performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, website traffic) to measure the impact of communications efforts.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in communications, editorial, or content marketing, preferably in education, corporate, or digital media.
- Proven track record of crafting compelling narratives for diverse audiences, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Strong SEO and digital marketing skills, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot) and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with media relations and crisis communications is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
