Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition
- Manage and optimize social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) with engaging content and community management
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms
- Create compelling marketing collateral including graphics, videos, and written content for various digital channels
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, particularly in the Southeast Asian market
- Manage relationships with external agencies, influencers, and partners to amplify our marketing reach
- Prepare regular reports on marketing KPIs and present findings to management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO principles, and performance marketing
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing concepts
- Experience working in Southeast Asia or with international teams is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
