Responsibility
- Develop and maintain sales enablement content, including playbooks, battle cards, and training materials.
- Optimize HubSpot and other CRM tools to streamline sales workflows and improve data accuracy.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align content with buyer personas and sales stages.
- Implement AI-driven tools to enhance outbound operations and lead qualification processes.
- Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitive insights, and sales best practices.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Train and onboard new sales team members on enablement tools and processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to scale sales operations efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales enablement, operations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, CRM systems, and sales automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with AI tools for sales or marketing is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Passion for sales efficiency and process optimization.
