Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement in Bali’s key communities.
- Plan, organize, and manage events, including product launches, community meetups, and corporate gatherings.
- Build and nurture relationships with local influencers, partners, and community leaders to amplify brand reach.
- Create and distribute engaging content across digital platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and blogs.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently to maximize ROI for marketing and event activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, community management, or event planning.
- Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and events.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
