Responsibility
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition in the Beauty & Wellness sector.
- Manage client relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Optimize online store performance, including product listings, SEO, and user experience (UX) improvements.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, KPIs, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create data-driven campaigns, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and issues promptly to enhance brand loyalty.
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and stock management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in e-commerce.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or account management, preferably in the Beauty & Wellness industry.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify, WooCommerce).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track performance and ROI.
- Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management.
