As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in shaping our social media strategy, engaging with top beauty influencers (KOLs), and helping us dominate the Southeast Asian market. Responsibility
- Assist in developing and executing social media strategies for Grace And Glow’s beauty products across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Identify, engage, and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and micro-influencers to amplify brand visibility.
- Create and curate engaging content, including captions, graphics, and short-form videos aligned with brand guidelines.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute product launches, giveaways, and collaborations.
- Assist in community management by responding to comments, DMs, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging beauty trends and influencer opportunities in Malaysia and Indonesia.
- Prepare reports on KOL performance, engagement rates, and ROI for social media campaigns.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Passionate about beauty, skincare, or cosmetics with a keen eye for trends.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and basic analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with experience in content creation (photography, videography, or graphic design is a bonus).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid setting.
- Basic knowledge of influencer marketing and KOL outreach strategies.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic startup environment.
