Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and student enrollment across Baliās international communities.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising to target expatriate families and local high-net-worth individuals.
- Create and manage content calendars for blogs, newsletters, and social platforms, showcasing school achievements, events, and unique selling propositions.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to design compelling promotional materials, open house events, and virtual tours.
- Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses, embassies, and relocation agencies to expand referral networks.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and opportunities for differentiation in Baliās competitive international school landscape.
- Oversee brand consistency across all channels, ensuring alignment with the schoolās mission, values, and global standards.
- Prepare reports and analytics to measure campaign performance, ROI, and enrollment conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Masterās preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (preferably in education, EdTech, or international services).
- Proven success in digital marketing, including SEO, Google Ads, and social media management (Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; multilingual abilities (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience in brand development and storytelling, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
- Passion for education and community building, with a deep understanding of the international school market.
