Responsibility
- Serve as a strategic business partner to internal Business Units (BUs), providing expert guidance on corporate communications and branding initiatives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and stakeholder engagement.
- Lead high-impact projects, including campaigns, events, and digital content, to strengthen the organization's reputation.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Monitor and analyze media trends, public sentiment, and competitor activities to inform communication strategies.
- Manage crisis communications and mitigate reputational risks with proactive and transparent messaging.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and community partners.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of communication campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communications, branding, or public relations, with a focus on strategic projects.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies in a corporate or agency setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in crisis communications and reputational risk management.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
- Passion for healthcare, community service, or non-profit sectors is highly desirable.
