Responsibility
- Lead the development and implementation of corporate communication strategies to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
- Oversee media relations, including press releases, interviews, and crisis communications, to maintain a positive public image.
- Drive internal communications initiatives to ensure alignment and engagement across all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create cohesive branding campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, and community leaders.
- Develop and monitor KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication and branding efforts.
- Provide strategic guidance on content creation, including speeches, reports, and digital content for various platforms.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing Corporate Communications & Branding team to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- A Bachelorās degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field; a Masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in corporate communications, branding, or public relations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in strategic communications planning and execution for large organizations or multinational corporations.
- Strong media and stakeholder management skills, with experience handling high-profile communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Experience in the healthcare, non-profit, or cooperative sectors is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools, including social media, content management systems, and analytics platforms.
