Responsibility
- Analyze sales, market, and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and present comprehensive reports and dashboards to stakeholders, translating data into actionable business insights.
- Plan, execute, and optimize B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, content, etc.).
- Lead lead generation activities, including targeting, segmentation, and nurturing strategies to drive qualified leads.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Proven experience in planning and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices is a plus.
