Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, on-brand content, including graphics, videos, reels, and copy, tailored to beauty and wellness audiences.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or Hootsuite.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a loyal online community through authentic interactions.
- Collaborate with influencers, beauty bloggers, and local partners to amplify brand reach and drive traffic to our clinics.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and competitor activities to refine our approach.
- Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook/Instagram Ads) to target new audiences.
- Provide monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1–3 years) as a Social Media Specialist, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industry.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, or similar) and social media management platforms.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and brand consistency.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and hashtag strategies to maximize organic reach.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and ROI from social media efforts.
- Excellent English and Indonesian communication skills (written and verbal).
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of Bali’s digital landscape and local beauty trends is a plus.
