Responsibility
- Lead franchise development initiatives to identify and secure new franchise partners in Bali, focusing on key locations such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for business expansion, including market analysis, site selection, and feasibility studies.
- Ensure brand consistency across all franchise locations by establishing and enforcing operational standards, brand guidelines, and customer experience protocols.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute localized marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Provide ongoing support and training to franchisees to ensure operational excellence, profitability, and adherence to brand values.
- Monitor franchise performance, analyze key metrics, and implement corrective actions to optimize business outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, stakeholders, and local business communities to foster long-term growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in franchise development, business expansion, or brand management, preferably in the retail or service industry.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and securing franchise partners or business opportunities.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, brand development, and customer experience management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and other regions as needed.
