Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated digital and offline media strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement for Maybank’s digital banking products.
- Lead performance marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, programmatic, and affiliate marketing).
- Optimize media spend through data-driven insights, A/B testing, and ROI analysis to maximize efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., product, tech, and creative teams) to align media strategies with business objectives and customer journey mapping.
- Monitor and report on KPIs such as CAC, CTR, conversion rates, and LTV, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in digital banking, fintech, and performance marketing, and implement best practices to maintain Maybank’s competitive edge.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure high-quality execution of media campaigns.
- Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies (e.g., AI, automation, and personalization) to enhance media performance and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, performance media, or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale media budgets (USD 1M+) and delivering measurable results in acquisition and engagement.
- Expertise in performance marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience in the financial services or fintech industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar are advantageous.
