Responsibility
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to attract and retain clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Support the sales team in lead generation, client outreach, and follow-ups.
- Create and manage digital content (social media, email newsletters, blogs) to enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Assist in organizing events, webinars, and client meetings.
- Maintain CRM databases and ensure accurate client records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
