Responsibility

  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition.
  • Oversee content creation (in English and Mandarin) for websites, social platforms, and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Manage PR and influencer partnerships to strengthen brand reputation and expand market reach in Mandarin-speaking regions.
  • Analyze campaign performance using KPIs (e.g., engagement rates, ROI) and optimize strategies based on insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless campaign rollouts.
  • Coordinate local and international events, including product launches and promotional activities, to boost brand awareness.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Prepare budget reports and forecasts, ensuring cost-effective allocation of marketing resources.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior executive role.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; English proficiency is required.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, email, social media) and brand management.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM software, or marketing automation platforms.
