Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with new and existing stakeholders to expand market reach.
  • Design, plan, and execute sales promotion programs to boost brand visibility and revenue.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements with local businesses, vendors, and distributors.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnership initiatives, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align activation strategies with broader business goals.
  • Identify emerging market trends and opportunities to drive innovative local programs.
  • Manage budgets and resources allocated to partnership and activation projects efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in partnership development, sales, or business development, preferably in the retail or FMCG sector.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing deals with partners and clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret market data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills are a plus.
