Responsibility

  • Develop and execute AI-enhanced social media strategies to boost brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, platform-optimized content (text, images, videos) aligned with brand voice and AI-driven insights.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and AI analytics platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, sales) to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign alignment.
  • Stay updated on AI and digital marketing trends, including chatbots, predictive analytics, and automation tools, to innovate campaign approaches.
  • Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster positive brand interactions.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Optimize paid social media advertisements (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) to maximize ROI and audience targeting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably in a tech or AI-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok) and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, CapCut).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and data-driven decision-making.
