Responsibility
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote commercial properties, including digital campaigns, social media, and print materials.
- Coordinate tenant engagement initiatives, such as events, newsletters, and loyalty programs, to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for property positioning.
- Prepare and distribute marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and property listings, ensuring brand consistency.
- Support the leasing team with administrative tasks, such as preparing contracts, tracking inquiries, and maintaining tenant databases.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using analytics tools to measure ROI and adjust strategies.
- Assist in organizing property tours and open houses for potential tenants and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing and leasing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, real estate, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design, able to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- Knowledge of commercial real estate or property management is an advantage.
