Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality, on-brand content, including photos, videos, reels, stories, and blog posts that resonate with our target audience.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and provide data-driven insights to optimize content and campaigns.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and influencer partnerships to drive traffic and bookings.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media tools, algorithms, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Assist in managing the company’s online reputation and crisis communication, if necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management, preferably in the hospitality, wellness, or luxury sector.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative content creation, campaign management, and measurable results.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies based on performance insights.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for wellness, sustainability, and the hospitality industry is a strong advantage.
