Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (posts, stories, reels, videos) aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or Hootsuite, and present actionable insights.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and brand-consistent manner.
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, and internal teams (design, marketing, sales) to amplify campaigns and co-create content.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm updates, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Manage paid social media advertising, including budget allocation, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
- Produce monthly reports and recommendations to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a fast-paced or creative industry.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut) and social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a knack for adapting tone to different audiences.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sprout Social, etc.) and basic graphic design/video editing.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and how they integrate with social media strategies.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); Indonesian language is a plus.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
