In this role, you’ll identify and engage with key influencers, negotiate partnerships, and analyze campaign performance to maximize ROI. Responsibility

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • Identify, vet, and onboard influencers across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Negotiate contracts, budgets, and deliverables with influencers and agencies.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Create compelling briefs and content guidelines for influencer collaborations.
  • Track industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, PR, sales) to amplify campaigns.
  • Report on KPIs, ROI, and insights to stakeholders regularly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing or digital PR.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns (portfolio preferred).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar.
  • Creative thinker with a knack for storytelling and trendspotting.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
