Responsibility
- Create high-quality photo and video content for padel club events, matches, training sessions, and member experiences.
- Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, tournaments, and seasonal promotions.
- Edit and optimize visual content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut for maximum engagement.
- Manage and grow social media channels by posting consistent, brand-aligned content and interacting with the community.
- Collaborate with marketing, events, and operations teams to ensure content reflects the clubâs values and goals.
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage and player testimonials to humanize the brand and build emotional connections.
- Monitor content performance metrics (likes, shares, reach) and adjust strategies to improve engagement.
- Stay updated on padel trends, social media algorithms, and emerging content formats to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, or Social Media Specialist, preferably in sports, fitness, or lifestyle industries.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing tools (e.g., Lightroom, Photoshop).
