Responsibility

  • Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive sales in assigned regions.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and digital teams to create cohesive campaigns and promotions.
  • Manage relationships with key trade partners, distributors, and retailers to ensure alignment with brand goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Design and implement in-store and digital trade activations, including merchandising, POS materials, and incentives.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs to optimize marketing spend.
  • Coordinate product launches and trade events, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Support the development of pricing strategies and trade promotions to boost market penetration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in trade marketing, FMCG, or appliance industry.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing trade marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and marketing analytics platforms.
