Responsibility
- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive sales in assigned regions.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and digital teams to create cohesive campaigns and promotions.
- Manage relationships with key trade partners, distributors, and retailers to ensure alignment with brand goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Design and implement in-store and digital trade activations, including merchandising, POS materials, and incentives.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs to optimize marketing spend.
- Coordinate product launches and trade events, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
- Support the development of pricing strategies and trade promotions to boost market penetration.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in trade marketing, FMCG, or appliance industry.
- Proven track record in developing and executing trade marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and marketing analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with Baliâs retail landscape and trade dynamics is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive mindset.
