Responsibility
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, content, paid ads) from ideation to delivery.
- Create, write, and edit high-quality content, including blog posts, social media copy, video scripts, and marketing collateral.
- Design or oversee the production of visual assets (graphics, videos, presentations) using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Manage and optimize social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and engagement across platforms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Organize and maintain content calendars, asset libraries, and project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and propose innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing, content creation, or digital media production with a strong portfolio.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and brand voice consistency.
- Proficiency in graphic design, video editing, or multimedia tools (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva).
- Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok) and paid ad campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization for search and engagement.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindsetâable to blend creativity with measurable results.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
