Responsibility
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies using TikTok Live, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms to attract and engage top talent.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for success within the organization.
- Create compelling job postings and social media content to enhance employer branding and attract high-quality applicants.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Conduct live recruitment sessions on social media platforms to engage with potential candidates in real time.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, social media algorithms, and best practices in digital recruitment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role, with a focus on social media recruitment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and their use in talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Experience conducting live interviews or recruitment sessions on digital platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Passion for employer branding and creating a positive candidate experience.
