Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (text, images, videos) aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize content and strategy.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage community interactions to foster a positive brand image.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment.
- Coordinate with influencers and partners for collaborations, sponsorships, and co-branded content.
- Track KPIs (e.g., reach, engagement rate, conversions) and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
- Stay updated on emerging social media tools, algorithms, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
- Strong copywriting, editing, and visual storytelling skills with an eye for design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional Mandarin or Indonesian is a plus).
- Creative thinker with the ability to adapt to changing trends and audience preferences.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and paid social advertising is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
