Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (engagement rates, follower growth, conversions) to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to produce high-quality, on-brand content.
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Manage community interactions, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive brand image.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation and A/B testing.
- Generate reports and present insights to stakeholders for data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Officer, Specialist, or similar role.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills with a portfolio of work.
- Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing principles is a plus.
