Responsibility
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement among Gen Z audiences.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with micro and macro influencers across various social media platforms.
- Create compelling campaign briefs and ensure alignment with brand values and marketing objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as engagement rates, reach, and conversions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and product managers, to produce high-quality, on-brand content.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging influencers to keep our strategies innovative and effective.
- Manage influencer budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocations and maximum ROI.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on campaign outcomes and insights for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the beauty or lifestyle industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and their respective algorithms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and influencer marketing platforms.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for trends and a passion for storytelling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with the Gen Z audience and a deep understanding of their preferences and behaviors.
