Responsibility
- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy for AYP Group across the Asia Pacific region, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
- Lead demand generation initiatives, including digital campaigns, content marketing, and partnerships to drive brand awareness and lead acquisition.
- Oversee brand identity, messaging, and visual guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints (website, social media, PR, and offline channels).
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create integrated campaigns that amplify brand value and customer engagement.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and growth.
- Manage brand budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track ROI on branding and demand creation activities.
- Monitor and report on brand performance metrics (e.g., brand equity, sentiment, reach) and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Represent AYP Group at industry events, conferences, and media engagements to strengthen brand reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or demand generation, preferably in a regional or APAC-focused role.
- Proven track record of building and scaling brands in competitive markets, with measurable results in awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email) and traditional branding channels.
- Exceptional storytelling and content creation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, marketing automation platforms).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English is required; additional APAC languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
