Responsibility
- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and sales in the FMCG sector.
- Collaborate with sales teams to design and implement promotional campaigns, trade incentives, and in-store activations.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to refine trade marketing approaches.
- Manage relationships with key retailers, distributors, and vendors to ensure optimal product placement and promotions.
- Create and distribute trade marketing toolkits, including POS materials, pricing guidelines, and promotional calendars.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs to stakeholders with actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, supply chain, finance) to ensure seamless execution of trade programs.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful trade promotions and retail strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and market research.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage relationships with retailers and internal stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with the Bali market dynamics and retail landscape is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
