Responsibility
- Develop and execute a data-driven content strategy across blogs, social media, email, and video to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
- Create and optimize SEO-friendly content (articles, guides, case studies) to improve organic search rankings and user engagement.
- Manage paid and organic social media campaigns, leveraging analytics to refine targeting and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and admissions teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor KPIs (traffic, conversion rates, engagement) and present insights to stakeholders with actionable recommendations.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, including AI tools, automation, and emerging platforms, to innovate content delivery.
- Oversee content calendars and workflows, ensuring timely, high-quality output across all channels.
- Build and nurture community engagement through interactive content (webinars, Q&As, user-generated campaigns).
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, digital strategy, or growth hacking, preferably in education or EdTech.
- Proven track record of scaling content performance with measurable results (e.g., increased traffic, conversions, or social growth).
- Expertise in SEO/SEM tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics) and CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot).
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with a portfolio showcasing engaging, conversion-focused content.
- Experience managing paid ads (Meta, Google Ads) and A/B testing campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation.
- Excellent analytical and storytelling abilities to translate data into compelling narratives.
