Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies for Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison products (Indosat, 3) to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Lead a team of marketing specialists, providing mentorship and ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and digital teams to create integrated campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine marketing approaches.
- Manage budgets, track KPIs, and report on campaign performance to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, distributors, and retailers in Bali.
- Oversee the creation of promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency and compliance with guidelines.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market share in the region.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role (telecommunications industry preferred).
- Proven track record of successful campaign management and team leadership.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation, CRM tools, and marketing analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Deep understanding of B2B and B2C marketing in the telecom sector.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media) is a plus.
