Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's client base.
- Lead and mentor the sales and events team, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
- Manage end-to-end event planning and execution, ensuring flawless delivery of premium experiences for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform sales and event strategies.
- Oversee the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and event budgets, ensuring accuracy and profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns for properties and events.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, event success metrics, and client feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, event management, or luxury real estate, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-profile events.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and event management tools.
- Fluency in English; additional languages, particularly Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client and event needs.
