Responsibility
- Develop and execute KOL (Influencer) marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and credibility in Chinese-speaking markets.
- Manage and grow social media platforms (WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, Instagram, etc.) with engaging, localized content.
- Identify, negotiate, and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and micro-influencers to drive campaign success.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to optimize marketing efforts.
- Create and adapt multilingual content (Mandarin/English) tailored to target audiences, ensuring cultural relevance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, sales, PR) to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, especially in the Chinese and Southeast Asian markets.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting ROI and campaign insights.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is mandatory; additional Indonesian language skills are a plus.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, social media management, or influencer marketing, preferably in a bilingual context.
- Strong understanding of Chinese social media platforms (WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu, Douyin) and global trends.
- Creative mindset with excellent content creation and copywriting skills for multilingual audiences.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and paid social advertising is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
