In this role, you'll play a key part in planning, coordinating, and executing virtual and hybrid events that delight our clients and attendees. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event experiences, from initial planning to post-event follow-ups. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the beautiful locations of Bali while contributing to a global team.

Responsibility
- Assist in the planning and execution of virtual, hybrid, and in-person events from start to finish.
- Coordinate with vendors, speakers, and attendees to ensure smooth event operations.
- Manage event registrations, invitations, and attendee communications.
- Support the creation of event materials, including agendas, presentations, and promotional content.
- Monitor event platforms and troubleshoot technical issues during live events.
- Collect and analyze post-event feedback to improve future events.
- Maintain organized records of event details, contracts, and budgets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events through social media and email campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in event coordination, marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in event management software and virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Hopin, Eventbrite).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer and attendee experiences.
