Responsibility
- Lead the development and implementation of product strategies tailored to the Chinese student market.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in China’s education sector.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to optimize student recruitment and retention strategies.
- Act as the primary liaison for Chinese-speaking students, parents, and partners, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to refine product offerings and improve student satisfaction.
- Develop and localize marketing materials, website content, and product documentation for the Chinese audience.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and industry developments in China.
- Support the onboarding and training of team members on China-specific product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; English proficiency is required.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product management, marketing, or student recruitment, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Experience working with Chinese markets, students, or international education programs is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
